We realize that you have a choice of several companies in the Denver area that offer energy audits and thermal inspections. Some of these companies sell energy related products or home improvement services and use audits as a way of selling their particular product or service. We, on the other hand, do not sell energy products or improvement services. Our goal is simply to provide homeowners with the facts about their energy performance and ways they can improve it. By functioning as a test and inspection company only, we are able to maintain our neutrality when providing clients with opinions and recommendations. Our reports give you the facts that allow you to make informed decisions about changes that will lower your energy bills. The report also includes estimated costs and payback times. Once you have decided on the upgrades that make sense; then you can find qualified contractors to perform the work. We do not recommend specific companies or brands, but suggest that you get estimates along with references and look for companies that provide a warranty on their work.

We were one of the first companies in the Denver area to become certified in Building Science Thermography at the Infrared Training Center in Boston, MA. All of our inspectors are Level II Certified Thermographers (Infrared Photographers) who are trained in the use of infrared and in measuring building energy performance. We are committed to helping our clients reduce their energy use and environmental impact. We also offer insulation and air infiltration testing separately at a lower cost than a full Energy Audit if that better suits your needs. Call us to discuss your particular building.
