Water Leak Detection
Infrared inspection is a valuable technique for finding
water leakage in buildings. Whether it involves siding, roofing, windows,
or plumbing, we are experienced in detecting and tracking down hard
to find water leaks. Below are some common types of water leaks that
we routinely diagnose with infrared. When your basement floods you want
quick action and answers as to what caused it and how to prevent it
in the future. We are experienced in documenting the extent of water
intrusion and determining the likely cause so that repairs can be focused
on the source of the problem.

We work with building owners and restoration companies
to find the cause and extent of damage in all types of water leak
situations. It is important to immediately start drying a water damage
incident in order to prevent mold growth; however, it is also important
to call us early after the occurrence. Infrared is only effective
at finding moisture while the affected area is wet. We need to perform
water leak inspections within a couple of days of the incident and
before drying efforts erase much of the evidence that we are looking
for. Call us to find out how we can help with your particular situation.
