There are many advantages to using an infrared inspection
program for electrical and process equipment. Often times, mission critical
processes are controlled by motors and equipment whose failure could
cost thousands of dollars per day. Periodic inspection of this equipment
can help assure reliability and cost effective maintenance. Thermography
can reveal problems in electrical equipment before it fails or causes
a dangerous condition. Preventive maintenance programs using thermography
have been proven to reduce maintenance costs by focusing repair efforts
and reducing spare parts inventory levels. We provide thermography of
breaker panels, transformers and switchgear in a variety of commercial,
and industrial facilities for maintenance staffs and insurance companies.
Infrared inspection of electrical equipment requires specialized training
and knowledge to distinguish between normal and fault conditions. We
use only Level II certified thermographers who comply with NFPA 70E
and OSHA regulations to assure our clients of a safe and accurate inspection.
We offer rates that are lower than most electrical contractors and provide
you with an objective full color report in accordance with ASTM and
ITC guidelines. Call for a quote on electrical
thermography for your facility.
